Raita must be neither in running consistency nor too thick just moderate
You must maintain crunchy raw vegetables taste and cool curd taste
Then raita is heaven😋 mostly used as side dish for biryani to balance the masala taste in it so the powders mentioned in ingredients are optional
Now in preparation in a bowl add curd/yogurt make sure you add curd but not buttermilk
In curd add finely chopped vegetables, salt and coriander
Mix well check for salt adjust it serve with biryani few of them.prefer to eat as salad as it balance masala heat
And important note is vegetanles used are of your choice but they must be finely chopped if they are big foodie can't enjoy the dish
They must be crunchy in curd but not big in size😊
